1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the B Mobile platform at www.bmaiworkshop.co.za or app.bmaiworkshop.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

B Mobile is a cloud-based workshop management platform provided as a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") subscription. The platform is designed for South African auto repair businesses and provides tools for managing vehicles, job cards, appointments, invoices, quotes, and staff. The service is provided by B Mobile AI (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.

3. User responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information. You must supply complete and accurate information when registering and when using the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• Maintain credential security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@bmobileai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform lawfully. You must not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in any way that breaches applicable South African law.
• No reverse engineering. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform or its underlying technology.

4. Intellectual property

The B Mobile platform, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by B Mobile AI (Pty) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B Mobile AI (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms will not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
